They offer arbitrage odds, but slightly lower than the marker, thus creating their profit (juice).

You still need to pair this site with another book to maximize the arbitrage odds…Rebel looks decent but I’d bet the other way with a site like Pinnacle maybe. Seem to be some margins in the 2-3% range in NFL.
